Lodging complaints regarding corruption

| Government of India and states must issue circulars to all the government departments/organization/ autonomous bodies/universities for the employees for lodging complaints regarding corruption, and no action against such employees by any authority under any law and job security. It is my experience and i know the way of corruption how it is done and how employees of lower category may be punished by higher authorities by way of interpolation in their personal record. |

This is the most simplest solution:
Whenever someone experiences a corrupt official, he/she will contact the ACB (Anti-Corruption Buraeu) and return to the corrupt offical with the ACB and offer the expected bribe. After a few such arrests make headlines, you will notice a difference. It just needs the guts of one person to contact the ACB. |
