Any electric or hybrid car in the market ? Is our government or industry even considering this option ?

| We all know the pollution in the city is because of the wretched gasoline (diesal is even worse). In a country like us where car is being bought at such a fast pace, are there any plans/talks about hybrid or electric car or any other alternatives. It not only addresses the pollution problem but our dependency on the oil import. Is government encouraging this in any form or fashion. If any of you have thoughts or insights in this subject, I'd be interested to hear. |
